"The staff was absolutely lovely. Very serviceminded and helpful. The room was tiny, the bathroom not very private but nice view and fine furnishings. The pool was so crowded with partying 20-somethings that there was not even a tiny sunbed for us boomers."

"We stayed at this Hyatt property in Texas for three nights, and unfortunately the experience fell well short of expectations. Fairmont Austin
"Remarkably helpful check-in staff (thank you Sadi), and nice bar restaurant at right of hotel lobby. Michelin restaurant was too limited with entrees but waiter was very good … didn’t care for college kid party scene - of course it was the 4th of July weekend but a pool bar and pool full of drunk ..."
