"The staff was friendly and helpful."

"It was in fact very clean the way aging of the property made it seem much worse than it was I enjoyed my stay and it met my needs"

"Exceptionally clean….love that. Super reasonable price. All first floor, so no elevators or stairs. Very helpful staff. My only issue was the direct tv wasn’t connected; when I told the front desk they immediately offered to fix it. Bathroom had old fixtures, but good shower pressure. Several nearby walkable restaurants. I would stay here again."

"The coffee was the best I ever had at a hotel Breakfast the good who set up the breakfast did a great job"

"We checked in about 9pm. They was a man outside the entrance who was smoking. Very unappreciated. The room was clean. A/C worked well. Very large shower. But shower floor was slippery until fully wet. Would have liked larger bath towels. And maybe an extra towel for each of us. Checkout was easy. Location was convenient to interstate. Didn't do breakfast cause we were meeting family at Cracker Barrel. Coffee dispensers were so so. Overall, I would stay there again."

I was horrified to find that the mattress pad had someone else’s body fluid stains, disgusting! No replacement of cups,...

"Staff was very helpful"

"This is a hotel that is on the older side and in desperate need of renovations. That being said, the room was relatively clean and nice. Breakfast was nice too and the staff was very sweet and helpful."

"Slept so well due to comfortable bed."

"Helpful staff"

"Worst place to stay is your visiting Long View! The staff was rude and didn't care about our well being. From checking in and having the front desk, make me pay my deposit twice even though I already paid it through expedia to having to check out 3 days early from our 4 days stay. Because staff demanded, they needed to be in our hotel room to change the soap dispenser. Let's not forget that they decided to paint the staircases, and let none of the clients know. I can almost guarantee that...
