"Perfect location, a short stroll from the centre and the Christmas market - the reason for our visit. We were welcomed and pleased to find that our room was available earlier than expected. From the outset we were made to feel very welcomed and nothing was too much trouble. Everywhere was super clean and tidy and the room was lovely and very well decorated. "Very comfortable hotel. Really fantastic and friendly service. Couple of issues with my son's room which they dealt with immediately and moved him to another room. But the piece de resistance is the amazing Roman spa which guests can use in the morning and evening for 2 hours. Several different pools of different temperatures plus sauna and steam room. And of course a gym and treatment rooms available all day. Delicious family dinner in the restaurant - really excellent food. Would happily go...
