SEAFIRE OF OCEAN RIDGE is a newly renovated and furnished oceanfront home well suited for large gatherings. The home boasts 7 bedrooms: *K*K*K*K*K*K*4DB* all with ocean or sound views. The great room features seating for 28+ that includes formal dining for 16 and a fully stocked kitchen. Third floor primary suite with King bed also has a sitting area with pull out sofa, glam bathroom w/whirpool tub w/ocean views and deck. The ground level has a separate entrance, rec room and 2 bedrooms with ocean views, a bunk room, kitchenette with laundry and immediate access to beach front area with grill and outdoor shower. Off street parking for 10+ vehicles. Weddings allowed with additional fees.

This stunning property offers exhilarating and sweeping views of the Atlantic ocean from three levels of grand porches. Located in the heart of Atlantic Beach, Seafire is within walking distance to restaurants, shops and The Circle.

Atlantic Beach, NC is a charming, historic beach town that crowns Bogue Banks Island and sits in close proximity to numerous landmark areas such as Shackleford Banks where wild ponies roam, Cape Look Out and historic Beaufort, Morehead City and Swansboro waterfronts.

Perfect home for our daughter’s wedding week! Only our family stayed in the home but was perfect for all of the bridesmaid’s to gather and hang out. (Bonus was the amount of parking space!) Not an issue for us but the only thing missing was an elevator as there are tons of stairs! Beautifully remodeled and loved having all of the views, especially from the master suite on the top floor! Could not beat the sunrise every morning! Though we did not need them during our stay, there was lots of beach gear available from the hosts.

We stayed here for our wedding weekend and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The place was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable—perfect for such a special occasion. The host was incredibly kind and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this stay for anyone looking for a relaxing and welcoming getaway!

This dog friendly property has a great location on the beach. Property owners were very responsive to minor issues we experienced throughout our 6 night stay. House is well laid out for big groups. We had 4 families/couples stay for a wedding in town and never felt crowded. Kitchen well equipped and lots of supplies (TP paper towels trash bags toiletries) provided. We didn’t really cook any large meals but it appeared to have a lot of cooking supplies. Views are amazing from all floors! Lots of time spent on the decks. House was centrally located to restaurants and stores! Lots of parking. Only negative is no elevator. Lots of steps to navigate when loading and unloading suitcases etc. Primary bath could use an update as well. Everyone who stayed loved the house and the beach!!

Perfect oceanfront house to stay with family for a wedding weekend. Beautiful decoration’s, spacious living areas and comfortable beds. The ocean views are amazing and plenty of space to spread out for everyone to have their own rooms. The kitchen was well stocked and there is an extra refrigerator on the 1st floor in the laundry room. Very nice location in the Ocean Ridge area and lots of things to do. The dogs enjoyed it too! Things to consider….there are a lot of stairs and no elevator so would not be good for someone with difficulty walking. The first floor level could use an extra bathroom as there is only one bathroom to share with 3 bedrooms.

Wonderful beach house, spectacular views from large decks with rocking chairs, big kitchen/great room area that can accommodate a large family gathering well. Wifi works well. Really handy washer and dryer. The outside gas grill was a lovely bonus! Hosts were responsive and generous. Could use an extra bathroom with a full house, but otherwise ideal for a large family gathering.

Wow was this the most magical place! I celebrated my wedding here full ceremony and reception. I feel so bless working with the owners was fantastic they are so responsive, helpful, and awesome. We had our cats with us and it was so nice to have the big master bed room for them to hang out in during the week when we were in and out. I would highly recommend for your next vacation or celebration!

Wedding weekend with old time friends

Friends for over 40 years , 10 of us gathered at this home for a wedding in Beaufort. Wonderfully decorated home with superb layout for multiple conversations areas . Beds were all very comfortable , and I loved the artwork and light fixtures . Very tastefully done . Having that many folks under one roof is always concerning and it flowed beautifully . Bedrooms were sound , and if you turned in early you didn’t hear conversations of others . The multiple decks allowed for views of ocean and dolphin watching . We all seemed to shower at the same time one day to get ready for wedding … we never ran short of hot water or water pressure . Beach was powdery sand , and other vacationers on beach were a classy crowd .Communication was awesome with host, and she was able to answer any questions we had .Already talking about making it an annual trip . Thank you for your hospitality !

Beautiful home

The house was just as advertised. Great oceanfront views from all 3 levels. Very spacious and accommodated all 10 guests comfortably plus additional family members visiting that were staying at other properties nearby. Owner was very responsive to any questions or needs.

Great house

This is a great beach house with plenty of space for a large group of friends. We loved the open living space for the kitchen and living room with the views of the ocean. We also spent a lot of time sitting on the large deck looking at the ocean. Nice big bedrooms was another plus. We would all love to come back next year- it was lovely.

Superior accommodations!

We had a wonderful time, loved the easy ocean access, huge balconies with rocking chairs, well appointed kitchen and kitchenette, the list goes on and on. Perfect home for a family reunion week. Would definitely stay again.

Family vacation

The property was great.... longer walk to the beach than what we expected. The house was beautifully decorated and clean, beds were very comfortable and kitchen was fairly stocked. Thank you for all the beach chairs, toys, boards, etc...that we could borrow. Makes for easier packing. All in all a fantastic time

Amazing house and property manager

We have out children and grands down every year and rent a house on the beach for them. This house was perfect for the 14 of them and Beachrose the property manager was incredible. Could not have been a better experience. Thank you!

Beautiful Home

Our family had a great stay at this beautiful home. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably, as well as several different gathering/seating areas. The house was spotless, and was well stocked with towels, paper products, dish detergent, etc. The kitchen was also well stocked. Owners were very responsive with any questions we had during our stay. It was cool during our visit but I did see beach chairs, boogie boards, etc available for use in warmer months. We would love to stay here again if we come back to Atlantic Beach!

Oceanfront family gathering place

We have stayed here for the last two summers and love the house. It is great for large family gatherings and has everything we need for a fun week at the beach. The kitchen is well appointed, and the owners are very responsive. We have already reserved a week in 2025!
