  • Spend a wonderful week at SeaSpray! This condo complex offers its guests use of the outdoor pool, kiddie pool, community grills, picnic tables, and coin-operated laundry facilities (located on the first floor of each building). Nestled in Atlantic Beach, this oceanside community is conveniently located to Morehead City, Beaufort, and Emerald Isle! From exploring Fort Macon to playing Putt-Putt; shopping in Morehead City to touring Historic Beaufort, you can enjoy all the Crystal Coast has to offer without traveling far from your home-away-from-home!

    SeaSpray 337 is a cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo with lovely ocean views.

    Total bedding includes one queen and two twins.

    Additional Amenities: There is a TV in the unit with basic cable and a DVD player for your viewing pleasure.

    Parking Information:

    -Each reservation comes with a 2-car max parking limit. Pick up your parking passes at your check-in office.

    -Boat/Trailer parking is not permitted at the condo complex.

    Linens and Towels provided with Beds Made for Weekly and Nightly stays.

    No Smoking.

    No Pets Allowed.

    Please Note:
    (1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
    (2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.

We had a very nice time. The only downfall was that the tv did not work. It was very clean! The walk to the beach is a bit of a hike but who doesn’t need exercise!

I have to say that we were quite dissatisfied with the condo itself. We've rented condos from Sea Spray on several occasions, and this one was far and away the worst. Upon entering, we noticed a strong smell (I thought it smelled moldy, my husband thought there may have been an odd-smelling cleaner used, but it persisted throughout the week. I could even smell it when I was unpacking our clothes back home.) We noticed that the paneling was warped and/or peeling away from the wall and that the unit did not have a washer as indicated on the listing. In trying to prepare a simple meal of spaghetti, we found that there wasn't sufficient cookware even for that simple meal - only one small pot. In addition, the microwave didn't work. Then, when my family left to go down to the beach, I got stuck in the condo because there's no knob on the inside of the screen door, which had shut behind them. I had to call them to come back and let me out as I was unable to grip the end of the exposed screw to turn it far enough to release. And finally, the primary bedroom and bath had issues, too. The bed was a soft sink hole, and the cold water in the shower didn't work, so we all had to line up to use the shower in the other bathroom. So, having paid the same for this condo has we have for others that were in better shape, it was a disappointment.
