Check in was great! Very fast and convenient! The room was great. Would suggest bringing more towels and pans for cooking. IVery family friendly! Our children loved the pools, waterslides, and putt-putt. Overall Great experience, and definitely will be back!

Fun family vacation

Kids enjoyed indoor and outdoor pools. Easy walk to the beach. Fort Macon and Aquarium are right down the road. Great family vacation!

Great location and amenities. Interior could use a little updating and the furniture wasn't very comfortable to sit or sleep on. We still had a great time though! Thank you!

Ocean view is great.

I have always loved staying here. The only downside to this place is the bed. The main bed does need changed. The place is beautiful.

APATB was EXCELLENT!

Condo was ideal size for our family of 5, had what we needed! Staff was friendly and courteous, condo and environment were tidy and clean! Overall, just a great week!

Kid Friendly Family Vacation Spot!

Great little condo resport with lots to do. Easy walk to the beach, great pools and outdoor recreations. Definitely recommend adults be in shape and ready to walk. Once you brave the hot hallways and get everything up and settled in you'll have a blast and not want to leave!

Vacation at APATB!!

Very nice for families with children. Too much walking for me. Nice place however just like to be little closer to beach!! My folks enjoyed the pool!!

The property grounds are well kept but I wish the condo was too. Upon check in only one bathroom was stocked with towel. There is no toaster. The non stick frying pans are peeling. No stock pot to boil pasta in. The beds are outdated squeaks pillows are horrible as well as the bedding. Would have been nice if there was a swiffer to pick up the sand. The rocking chair is uncomfortable for watching tv. No blender. No beach cart to transport the long distance to the ocean. The lights on microwave are no working to light up stove top. Only charcoal grills no gas like the other side. Elevator is slow and good luck waiting to use a luggage rack which is not the owners fault . Over all the grounds and city are great

Family get away!!

We love the location of The place at the beach and all it had to offer. The condo was a little small but it was nice. We did have to go and buy an air mattress because the pull out couch was broken and it was warm it the front part of the condo and back part was freezing. But we still enjoyed the stay.

Second stay and loved property

Jack has good communication and let us know when our room was ready early! We love this unit and the property. We played mini golf, ping pong, outdoor bowling and truly enjoyed both pools the entire vacation. We home school and love how close Fort Macon is for a field trip. We are a family of three and it was perfect for us.

APATB Atlantic Beach

We had a fun family gathering at the resort. Each family group had their own condo unit and this gave us a look at others in our price range. By comparison the condo we rented was subpar in terms of appearance, state of repairs and kitchen utensils.

Nice stay all we needed for the week.

Wifi was spotty and had to keep signing in over and over. Bed listing and pictures were confusing. 2 bed rooms 1 bed each full size. One pull out couch ok for kids. Very clean and easy check in just what we needed, brought an extra camping cot for one child and we're glad we had it!

Great vacation spot

We had a wonderful week at this property. Maintenance came to check on us to make sure we were satisfied. I did not give 5 stars because the beds were squeaky and were a bit sagging.

Yearly Getaway

We had a great time staying at this unit. It looked exactly how it was explained in the description. The television in the bedrooms wouldn’t work and the fridge had old food in it when we arrived, but we threw it all away. We really enjoyed the pool and tennis courts to play pickleball. We had a startling surprise when the cleaning crew broke into our unit well before check out time while we were sleeping and scared us half to death. Overall, we had a fun week.

Small place

People above overflowed tub /water dripping down for three days . Very loud footsteps above . Vehicle was hit in parking lot and security said they didn’t have enough time to look at surveillance footage. Not a very private place to stay . No dishwasher was a downer .
