"Perfect location for fishing and hiking ! Location is not far from Petit Jean, Mt. Nebo, and easy drive to Mt. Magazine. Me and my boys enjoyed our stay and had a great time. Tom, our host, was very nice and helpful. Easy check in and check out instructions. "

"It was very serene and peaceful neighborhood. The home was absolutely lovely and there were little things that just made it so special and you can tell they took time and consideration for any guests staying there. If you are looking for a quiet neighborhood and a nice home, this is a perfect little getaway. "

"Over all stay was good other then not having power for a short period of time due to adding a new power pole next-door. Home appeared clean other than an open beer can in closet that drew in gnats and a few other minor things within the home that was communicated with the owners like no power on south wall in kitchen. Owners were prompted with communication. "

A stand up fellow who had it stocked last minute for me and my girlfriend for Father's day: new rods, tackle, fresh worms, kayaks, paddle boat, fire wood, to name a few!Clean, pest free, beautiful scenery, plenty of space indoor and out, great fishing dock, boat house, launch ramp; you name it , you got it. "There is no better place in Arkansas to log-off and slow down. We do a big shop before heading up the mountain and we don’t come down until it’s time to check out. This is a world class retreat. If you’re a Mountain Biker it’s basically the cycling version of ski-in/ski-out.We’ll be back again next year."
