"The apartment was modern and clean in one of the best areas in Athens. It worked perfect for us as we wanted to be in the area due to friends nearby and since we had an own car but if you would like to be a tourist in Athens and if you are dependent on public transportation then this is off.
The communication with their administration was good however we realized that some basic things needed in an apartment were missing, such as kitchen paper and dishcloth but we got them directly after...

"We stayed in the penthouse while other members of our family stayed in another flat in the same building. Both units were excellent. The views from the penthouse were great. The one minor comment is that the soft outdoor furniture on the roof was wet from prior storms and condensation. The wicker and plastic chairs were fine though. "

"It was a wonderful and unique resort. Staff were very professional and efficient. The day spa was beautiful and the food in the restaurant very nice. It also has a great beach with lots of lounges and space.
The only downfall was that it was a bit noisey.
They are aware of this issue and are working on solutions.
It is the first of it's kind in Europe, so they are still learning how to improve the sound issues."

"The hotel is well located and renovated, but my room was in basement just with a skylight. Serice not very good I had to pay the toutistic tax an they had no change from 5 Euros and did no take cards, I had to go our for change, ok for one quick night"

Great spot it's clean and walkable.
Downside is the road construction waking you up in the morning.
Also, the bathrooms aren't ideal toilet and shower are not user friendly.

"Location its good but, for being 4 stars hotel need much more, the cleanliness of the rooms was not good, and the rooms lacked basic amenities like shampoo and a shower cap. The bathroom had water leaks from the sink and shower, and every time you showered, the entire bathroom floor would get flooded. On the first day, there was coffee, cream, and water, but after that, if you didn’t ask, they wouldn’t restock them daily." And On the first day, I complained at reception because the bathroom door wouldn’t close. Nine days went by, and no one repaired it or offered to move me to another room.
