"Although pricier than other places it really was lovely and worked so well for our family of four in a one bedroom apartment (2 kids aged 7 and 10). "This is a great property with a great view of the bay. It's tucked away in a quiet little neighborhood in a nice and friendly community. Chincoteague is close by and it's not too far from Assateague. The property management team is excellent. They were extremely responsive to our questions and requests.
