"We had a great time at this Vrbo. The house is spacious and the backyard absolutely beautiful. We brought two babies under 2 and it was a perfect spot. The private beach is just steps away and lovely for low-key beach days. The fridge was not working properly, and Joe let us know ahead of time and provided us with a mini fridge that worked, which made everything easy. "Beautiful clean upstairs apartment with a private entrance. Very quiet neighborhood with a small park across the street. Karen, the homeowner who lives downstairs is a wonderful person. The place was perfect for what I needed amd the location was great."

"I was up on LI visiting family and friends. I’d never spent any time in Kings Park or that general area before so I decided to give this place a try. Everything in the apartment was new and clean. The owners live in the main part of the house but the apartment had its own private entrance and I wasn’t disturbed in any way. "Nice location and well-appointed rooms.
Unfortunately, the rooms stink of heavily perfumed cleaners and the sheets and towels were so heavily perfumed from scented detergents and dryer sheets as to render them toxic. If you have any sort of chemical sensitivities, the rooms at this place will make you sick."
