"La maison est très agréable et parfaitement située. Même par grosse chaleur, elle reste très agréable. Beaucoup d'espace à l'intérieur pour que chacun puisse exercer ses activités au calme. C'est l'endroit idéal pour ceux qui veulent passer du temps à découvrir le Latium. Tivoli est à 20mn, Rome à 35 minutes. Naples n'est qu'à 2 heures de route. "Beautiful traditional family house. Amazing views. Lovely pool. I swam most days. Peaceful setting that we did not want to leave. Stayed for a month!. Giorgio and his sister were very helpful. Well stocked kitchen. We fell in love with Poggio Mirteto town. We had lovely walks, visited hill towns . Enjoyed Marmore falls and Narni in particular.. Easy access to train station in 20 minutes. Umberto on hand next door if there is a problem. Bliss...."

"Great communication with Eliano before we arrived. A lovely welcome with some fantastic local food treats and a detailed tour around the well equipped villa. The house and pool is well laid out with plenty of shade and fantastic views. The countryside is beautiful with a multitude of hilltop towns and wooded peaks. "We rented the house with a group of 10 friends. The house was very beautiful, well equiped, with a wonderful view and romantic sunset. Perfect for a proposal! The hosts are very friendly. They communicate smooth, welcomed us warmly and helped us in all possible ways. If you like a nice house and love to chill, this is the perfect place! "We had fantastic three days at Carmine's. The house is truly spectacular, it must be like staying with Hagrid from Harry Potter. The place was full of old curiosities and had an exciting atmosphere. "This place is a fantastic retreat in an authentic family home situated in a rural location with good access links to Rome. The views are amazing and can be admired from the pool and other outside spaces. The host was extremely helpful and available to answer any questions or queries. The accommodation had everything we needed. Would highly recommend for a relaxing family break."

"Nach der Anreise auf den gut ausgebauten Sraßen , kamen wir an dem kleinen gut ausgestattetem Häuschen an. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt so wie besprochen. Die Lage und Unterkunft ist idela für Meschen die Ruhe suchen. Da die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etwas entfernt sind, ist es von Vorteil, wenn man vor der Anfahrt einkaufn gwht. Sehr geeignet für Selbstversorger."

"First European trip in a while. 6 of us. Lovely location very peaceful. Well appointed villa with tasteful decoration. Fantastic pool and views. The climate control in the villa is amazing and a very welcome break from the midday heat. We had 3 day trips into Rome for sightseeing and Gelato. We had a fantastic time. Paolo and Lucia kindly Brought us a Lasagne one evening. Sorry to have to leave."

"We stayed at La Cucina after Christmas. The villa is in a picturesque olive orchard and the grounds were lovely. Giuseppe was very flexible with our early check-in and showed us all the features in the house. We were lucky to have sunny weather, and we enjoyed the outdoor ping pong table. Traveling with children, we appreciated the washer and dryer. The beds were comfortable and the rooms warm and comfortable. "Sehr nette Gastgeberin. Ein voller Obstkorb stand zum Empfang im Kühlschrank. Super schöne Aussicht , bei klarem Wetter Sicht bis nach Rom. Lore hat dann auch noch Olivenöl und Honig organisiert.
