"The hotel was great but beware that if the ferries are cancelled they will still charge you for the room. All ferries from Sorrento were cancelled, so we went to Naples as the hotel told us to and spent the day waiting on ferry after ferry but all were cancelled due to weather. "I chose this location for its views, balcony and ratings as a romantic location to celebrate a very significant wedding anniversary. The hotel and staff delivered a mixed experience. "This hotel is wonderful. The accommodations are comfortable and modern. The food is outstanding - the breakfast is just incredible - literally anything you can imagine, no exaggeration. But the staff? These are good people who go out of their way. We wanted to stay an extra night and our room was not available - so they upgraded our room at no extra cost. "I felt at perfect peace, could come here for a meditation retreat. October was perfect timing, nice weather and lesser crowds. Very confusing upon arrival, luckily harbor office is next door and helped me call the owner. After that everything was smooth and easy. Loved the roof deck too. I would definitely come back. "

"We booked a room that had a beautiful terrace looking onto the garden but the room they gave us was in the back so it got no light and the terrace faced a wall. We complained and they said the photos online are just examples. Not good value for money and the photos are deceiving. "

"Beautiful pools and property but terrible wifi, dishes were filthy. Requires car to get around - restaurants are within walking distance but the walk to anything, including bus stops, is extremely steep and requires that you are in good shape (preferably not lugging around small children). Property on exterior is lovely but rooms are quite dated. No cafes near by, but they offer quite possibly the worst coffee I've ever tasted in an expensive vending machine. Beer and prepackaged cornettos also...
