"We found that the property was not as advertised. The restaurant was only open in the evening and it was a far walk in the dark on uneven paths. The pool bar was not open. The deluxe suite felt very dark and small and did not feel deluxe at all. The property was challenging to get to and further away with limited taxi service. The only bright part was the tall gentleman that worked there. He was very kind and helpful."

"Apparently the check in times in Tuscany are very rigid. You must check in within the stated hours or else be subject to room cancellation. That being said, we made it in at the alotted hour. There is no staff on site until the stated check in hours, so checking in early is impossible. There appeared to only be one staff person who did not speak much English. He was nice and helpful enough. The complimentary breakfast was suprisingly good! Fresh coffee and cappuccino, warm fresh...

"The location was close to the airport but the unit had some wear and tear. For the price it was ok for one night. There was a fair amount of street noise early in the evening but that seemed to settle down after 10:30. It met our needs for an early morning flight."

"Tha parking was easy on the property. It was within walking distance to the villages with shops, restaurants and cafes. The best part was the staff. The owners were incredibly helpful, friendly and made you feel like family. Breakfast outside was lovely overlooking the hills of Tuscany. We met many people and had lovely conversations with other travelers during breakfast. A gem in Tuscany."
