"This was an amazing hotel with amazing staff! It was an easy check in and staff's customer service sets the bar high! They're very attentive when you need something. For example, whenever I'd ask for water refill, they will have a staff bring it in as soon as I get to my room. Security deposit is 3000 php which isn't too bad, but just to keep in mind when you want to spend there :P The breakfast is around 500 php per day, but luckily we wanted to try the street/authentic foods outside! However, the building is on a very busy road, and it's exceptionally loud and noisy with all of the traffic. The only other negative is the shower. While it did have hot water which is great, the shower would alternate from cold water, to warm, to scalding hot, and back to cold, about every two to three minutes, and then the water would stop flowing completely for a few minutes, but...

"Great view. Professional courteous staff. They kept the hotel clean. Completely bug free. AC was fine. Shower was okay. The hotel itself is not only dated but also flimsy. Evidence of water damage and swelling on doors even on a top floor. Windows did not open. End tables so tiny you might as well not have them. The walk desk looked chewed--really doesn't matter.
