"The unit was clean. However, the following items needed to be addressed: 1. Chair in LR has stains and rips in the chair. GROSS! 2. Light switch by bed would not work, No Lights! 3. Telephone in LR did not work. 4. Closet Doors on Bath room, sliding mirror doors were both off track and track alignment was broken. 5. Only BOLD Coffee in Breakfast area. Out of non Bold! Front desk stated they would address."

"From the time we arrived to the time we left, all staff from the front desk to those helping in the dinning hall were beyond kind and helpful. We felt so welcomed after a long day on the road. Would absolutely stay here again."

"There were homeless in the parking area. There was feces in the hallway. The room smelled of mildew. I immediately left and found some place else to stay."

"We reserved 2 rooms and we can say the beds were quite comfortable and the rooms adequately clean. But there were many small issues that were irritating. Our rooms were code to an outside door but our keys would not work on that lock. One room had two paper but no ice bucket. The other room had no cups nor ice icke t. When we inquired at the desk they said they had no ice buckets . One room was worse than the other. It had both an arm chair and a bedspread wig holes in them. The refrigerator...

"The check in process was awkward. There was a strong smell of chemicals. Elevator button didn’t work. When we did finally get in the elevator it was so old and clunky. When we got to the room the door handle didn’t work properly. The TV didn’t work either. We turned right back around and checked out!! We felt that we were not safe there. Please just be very aware of your surroundings if you go here."
