There were burn marks all over the carpet, the shower door was rusted in places, and it could’ve been cleaned much more thoroughly. And I also saw two cockroaches in my room. One crawled from under the fridge area and another one was crawling on the nightstand table by the front door. That was very disappointing. "When I arrive at Relax Inn, it is about 11:00 PM in the evening, after a long flight. The check-in place is a very tiny cube that fits only one person at a time. It feels very strange/scary compared to all other hotel/motel that I have been. When I check in, the staff told me, they cancelled my booking because I did not pre-pay. However, they do have rooms, but I have to pay $280 at that time while my booking was $196 for 2 nights. After half an hour of argue, the price go from 280 to 240 to...

"We had a good time "

"It was next to a cook out and across from a Publix. The toilet didn’t flush,there was no smoke alarm,the towel had bloodstains on it,the covers had cigarette burns,it was insanely uncomfortable bed."

"The hotel was clean and staff were extremely welcoming. The area was not the greatest but it met our needs and we only stayed one night. We booked here because they advertised on property electric vehicle charging spots and we were not disappointed. There was also a Panera Bread within walking distance. I would stay here again."

"The property had the wrong checkout time posted on the door in the room. We were going to checkout at the time posted, but staff started knocking aggressively on the door, and then informed us that the checkout was actually at 11 AM, I apologized and explained the misunderstanding and they were still very rude, asking us to keep the door open and move our stuff, even though my wife was getting dressed. I think it is unnecessary to be so rude over a simple misunderstanding like this. Very...
