"Great hotel with fantastic staff who were very courteous, helpful and hospitable, Location very convenient with train too being situated very near the Jaffna rail station. Rooms are large and practical. Will definitely stay here when in Jaffna next."

"Washroom so dirty. They should clean toilets properly. Everywhere dust. Bedsheets are smelly. They should clean every day. By breakfast okay. Staffs are very helpfull"

"Good place to stay"

"Clean and friendly staff"

"enjoyed my stay here for 5 days. rooms are great . they have swimming pool and gym as well. Jenath Manager is a great asset for them , friendly and courteous. Watchman Senathirajah has a beautiful smile when entering the hotel :) will visit again"

"The wifi went down every evening. The breakfast is Sri Lankan vegetarian. I’m completely flummoxed why previous reviewers say the location is good. As a result you have to drive to get anything."
