"We stayed overnight on trip down coast beautiful property, lovely pool, nice fire pits and area to relax and enjoy the fabulous views from cliffs. Breakfast was included. I would go back. "

"Breakfast was amazing. Loved having a few drinks at the Manager’s reception. Rooms were nice and large. Only complaint was no place to refill water bottles."

"3rd floor facing pier, nice! Liked double sinks, spacous counter, hot water! Breakfast was decent. Tamales were terrible, tho. Free bottle of wine! Friendly staff. Clean grounds, huge pool! Would stay here again. $15. to park, well, better than $45 which is what hotel in Monterery charged!"

"This is our go-to hotel when we go to Pismo. Everything from the service from the staff, to hotel amenities to the convenient location is perfect for our family. I’m going to emphasize the service from the staff here - they are about the same faces every year and always very accommodating and friendly. "

"Property was well maintained, room had plenty of space, comfortable bed and linens. Walkable location to beach, pier, restaurants etc. Friendly front desk staff too. Would stay here again."

"If you want a budget type motel 2 blocks away from the beach, this spot will work for you. Nice little patio area with string lights as well. But it is a basic motel for the most part (towel rack was coming off the wall, older shower etc). They're also very weird about quiet time, going so far as to say you're not allowed visitors past 10pm. I understand the need to keep things quiet and peaceful after hours, but to go as far as to say you're not allowed to bring people over is odd (it's a mass...

"Our stay was good overall, but the tv in the bedroom didn't work, and the owner knew it didn't work. The sliding door screen was bad, as it didn't slide smoothly on the bottom railing. Maybe the wheels were bad? Also the screen had a large tear in two places. It should have been replaced before it was rented out. The bed was comfortable. The large sectional couch was nice."
