"Feels like property incomplete in furnishing, still being set.
Lots of service glitches...They couldn't sort my storage and I had no where to keep it. Quite frustrating given my locked had been prebooked.
Air con was only 'on', but not working, with windows shut - it got stuffy. No one came to fix it.
Huge space, which was nice, but felt they could have added a desk and chair in the room. Nowhere to keep your stuff other than a strange shelf unit. As bed was high, and it all just felt weird....

"This was one of the most wonderful stays we have ever experienced. The property was so lovely and beautiful, the owners really made the difference. They created an atmosphere that was so warm, welcoming, fun, relaxing and just beautiful. The property is stunning, restaurant near for food which was lovely, great pool and multiple seating areas outside. My favourite part had to be the kitchen doors opening to the patio with the most beautiful lighting and evening bar for the guests to enjoy and...

"Small family-owned inn located in center of Civitella in Val di Chiana. Room was comfortable and included all we needed. It was cold upon check-in which the co-owner tried to remedy with a space heater. It took a while. The room warmed up after the first night. The other co-owner kindly offered me our first night complimentary. (Thank you again.). The breakfast was simple and included fruit, juice, yogurt, sliced cheese and cold cut, packages sweets, tea, coffee and water. The owners were...
