"Parking close by made things more convenient. The bed provided solid comfort while the bathroom stayed tidy. WiFi performed well during our stay too."

"Really enjoyed my stay in Manhattan Beach. Kyle was honestly one of the most hospitable hosts I’ve had always quick to respond and super helpful with anything I needed. The place had a cozy vibe, and being able to walk to the beach every morning for sunrise and wind down with the sunset made the whole trip feel special. When the heater had a little issue, Kyle didn’t hesitate he actually sent over space heaters via Amazon the same day, which I really appreciated. "The Property is in a very beautiful neighborhood very clean close to the freeway. secure and and respectful I really enjoyed it"

"Connection remained stable allowing video calls evenings without interruptions lag or dropouts staying productive while away from home base ."

"Beautiful home that was a very convenient walk to the stadium. Was able to get back from the venue in less than 30 minutes even with the mass exodus. The traffic over there wasn't too bad either, and the neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. Host was attentive and available and made check-in and check-out a breeze! The only thing to note is that the driveway behind the house is very tight and might be difficult to back into if you've got a larger car."

"We had a great time at the house and the Host has been great! The communication and follow up has been stellar! I recommend this rental. There are a few really great restaurants with in walking distance, I recommend the Fish Bar. The Beach is just down the hill and super easy to get to. The space was just what we were looking for and it was a really great stay!"

"There was an odor that smelled of garbage throughout the place for the entire time we were there . Host offered no explanation for the smell and we were told to turn on the air conditioning. It seemed the place was unoccupied for a long time. Location was on a busy street. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean.Overall very disappointed. "

"The house is wonderful, especially the pool and hot tub area. The beds are very comfy, and there is a lovely full-body massage chair. Be careful. It may lull you right to sleep. The house has a little wear and tear, and the location leaves a little to be desired. We did encounter unhoused people near the entry gate, but they didn't cause us any trouble. We never felt unsafe. There are a few good places to eat nearby (Con Huevos was tasty and walking distance), but if you want dinner/drinks/a...
