"Workout room was small and often had kids playing in there, the AC worked great in there though. In my room I had no hot shower water all three days. Not sure if it was because I was next to the laundry room and shared a water heater, cold showers for 3 days nonetheless which wasn’t great. The small restaurant/bar had great food. Place was clean and staff was friendly and helpful."

"Staff was friendly and very helpful. Nice vending machines and coffee station. Pool hours were longer than the usual which is great. Didn't get a chance to go in, however it looked clean and inviting. Rooms were clean and had a nice layout. I've stayed at quite a few hotels and this one was the best i've stayed at in a good while. Would definitely recommend."

"The room wasn’t the cleanest. I pulled back the sheets and found a lot of long black hair. The bureau draws didn’t close. There was no remote in the room. The window sill was very dusty. The room had a musty smell to it. Breakfast was not great. Even though the food was on warmers it was still cold. The staff didn’t refill the food when it was low. There was no tea. The gentleman at the front desk on Saturday and Sunday was super nice. I don’t see myself staying here again. "

"We leave the room on Sunday, expecting to have clean towels and clean room. That was not the case, we have to go and get clean towels, no fresh water.
The mattresses must be more than 10 years old, the pillow horrible.
I can’t imagine how did you give this place “excellent “ reviews.
We use this hotel many years ago, nothing to do with the states of the beds this time around."
