"The location is wonderful. The apartment is spacious and, if you don't mind the somewhat steep stairs and the single toilet, is great. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and they addressed various minor issues professionally and in a timely manner. Information sharing could be improved, though — accessing the apartment was more complicated than necessary, for instance. All in all, very good stay."

"Beautiful unit in a great location, secure building, air conditioning, two bathrooms. Walking distance to central Florence. Good communication but having to phone to complete entry could be a barrier for some people. On the pricey side but really enjoyed staying there."

"Initial communication with Yassin was great. Unfortunately the property did not provide us with the specific address. It should have been 34M; our taxi driver dropped us way up the hill. I tried to call got no answer. Checked the Expedia post and it only said 34. When we finally arrived Yassin was definitely in a rush to leave.
The room itself has huge potential however is VERY poorly maintained. Extremely dusty and evidence of mold. There were also Cobb webs hanging from the walls and ceiling....
