"The location is wonderful. The apartment is spacious and, if you don't mind the somewhat steep stairs and the single toilet, is great. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and they addressed various minor issues professionally and in a timely manner. Information sharing could be improved, though — accessing the apartment was more complicated than necessary, for instance. All in all, very good stay."

"We loved everything about this place. So much so that we almost want to keep it a secret: The location is great (in the hillside above Florence), the space is amazing with high-quality furniture and materials, and the hosts are super friendly and accommodating. The whole place and guest experience are designed with great care and attention to detail. We felt right at home and would return in a heartbeat. If there was one point of critique: I wish the listing had made clear the additional cost...

"Very peaceful stay outside the city. It was about a 30minute walk to the main attractions of Florence. It would be easy to also get a taxi or Uber however we did walk which is a very nice area to walk in. There is also a nice cafe about a block away.The place is very secure inside a gated area - I recommend to pay the 10 per day to park inside the property. The garden inside is very beautiful. The layout of the property is very nice sized, and you had a nice outdoor sitting area.Note to our...
