"The staff were nice and helpful. However, the hotel is dated and the sofa rollout bed mattress had stains on it and was on need of replacement. They assigned us a room with a handicapped shower that we didn’t require or requested. I would have rather the room be reserved for someone who needed it. This was my first visit to a Best Western hotel and the only way I would stay to another Best Western hotel if it was a last resort. At best my rating for this hotel is a 2 rating."

"The resort itself is beautiful. If you’re going to charge $1600 for a condo, I would think it would be a lot cleaner. We found dirty panties right next to the bed, the refrigerator had old food all over it, pots and pans were dirty, no extra towels, no pillows for the pull out couch; just wished the room was a little cleaner. Besides that the staff was extremely friendly and helpful with what they could offer. Bar good drinks , nice prices and the entertainment by the pool was fun."

"The room was not clean when we got there. We stayed 7 days even after calling for fresh towels we never received them and not once did anyone come to change the sheets. The bathroom had no cold water it was so hot it was almost impossible to bath my children, the staff didn’t even send anyone to look at it or offer to change the room. I was on the second floor beach side and apparently housekeeping keeps all of there cleaning supplies and dirty carts all day directly in front of all of our doors. Seemed a bit odd and was definitely a sore sight to see when returning to our door. The beds were okay, one soft and one firm. Missing floor board in bathroom. Shower head was great.
