"The lady at the desk is super helpful! The room was very roomy and had a washing machine which was great. The hotel is close to the bus station, so you can get to Venice very easily! The hotel is kind of dirty. The trash is piled high by the dumpsters. The gate has a code but anyone can open the gate by turning the permanent key (that you also have to do to get out). The free parking was great, the price is super low, so for what we needed it really does deliver. "

"We had an amazing stay at the chalet. Antonia and Caterina are very thoughtful hosts, who were very helpful and friendly and provided a lot information for the stay. We found a very well equipped, cosy house; spotless clean. We can totally recommend."

"My husband, 2 young adult children and I stayed 3 nights in May 2025 in order to visit Venice! There is a lot of space is this location to hang out as a family. We even played Boggle. It is a short train ride trip into Venice where we visited Murano and Burano as well. This location in nice because it feels like a small town where you can escape the tourist trap that is Venice. "Overall property was good. Some things need improvement. Kitchen table and chairs are unsteady and need to be fixed. Kitchen lacks cooking utensils. Although there is washing machine, a dryer would also be useful. The heat in the rooms were subpar and when I tried to turn it on, water leaked from the heater. The heat in foyer and living room was fine."
