"The breakfast and the breakfast servers were wonderful. The rest of the stay was substandard. We stayed for nights and it wasn’t until the third night that we had our room cleaned and new sheets. They seem to be minimally, staffed and organized."

Lord Baltimore Hotel
"Front desk- miserable old bald man running the front desk.hardly spoke-not helpful. Valet literally missing for almost 1/2 hour when we checked in..NOT busy..just not around. Bed was hard Queen-no decent blanket Food was excellent. I was robbed of a $300 package in the lobby-no one cared to help-1 ..."

"It was a great stay but I was charged for something and never explained. Have no idea what it was. Never asked for any extras or purchased anything from the front desk yet paid an extra 40$ smh check your receipts!"

"The room was clean and everything was as it should be, expect I did have a balcony but with a view of the roof and the ac units. Very loud and not enjoyable would rather not have the balcony at all."
