"Excellent staff that always greeted us every time we came or left the property. They were always helpful and efficient. The breakfast buffet was exceptional with great verities. My only complaint would be the bed mattresses needs replacing. I had trouble getting comfortable because the mattress would sink down and I felt like I was sinking or falling off the side. That being said, I would recommend the hotel for an excellent stay."

"No hot water in the shower. Tried to turn on heater and it started the fire alarm. Had to turn it off. Reserved room for 3, but there were only two spots. Paid for rollaway bed at checkin and it was not delivered to the room. Called to ask for one after a long day and was informed there were no beds left. Pushed to get help and after some time one bed was found. Staff cancelled rollaway bed fee and told me to report issues on expedia because it would be the only way to get management attention....

"Overall it was a nice hotel. Clean rooms and nice pool amenities. There were a few negatives for me. The A/C in the room was VERY noisy. Impossible to sleep with it on unless you are wearing noise cancelling headphones. Window was blocked so couldn't open it at night to let some cool air into the room. Desk did not have a desk lamp and was right below the TV. So it was hard to watch TV and have someone use the desk at the same time. Ice was not available in the morning in the ice machine for...

"The room I had was basic, the bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. My room was on the side facing the highway so there was a lot of traffic noise. This kept me awake most of the night, and when it finally died down around 2am, there were people shouting in the parking lot. If you stay here be sure to get a room on the other side, away from the highway."
