It was clean, cozy, and stocked with everything we could possibly need, from kitchen essentials to laundry detergent and beach towels. "Beautiful property, beds and linens were cozy, house was gorgeous inside and out. A huge amount of stairs though so be warned! Kitchen is on the bottom floor so I think I walked 75 flights of stairs for the weekend so just be aware! Otherwise it’s a great place to stay on the water!"

"Brett was by far the best host I’ve ever interacted with on VRBO. There was consistent communication before, during, and after our stay to make sure I had the best experience possible. The cabin was also wonderful. It is an old cabin with tons of charm and character. The water views are as awesome as the pictures show. Every morning and evening a bald eagle perched on a tree beside the property. If you love bird watching there was a wonderful showing there as well. I definitely plan on returning...

"We were only there for one night, but thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The shed was adorable. The house was well decorated and had everything we could’ve needed. The location is close to everything. We walked to the water in the morning and enjoyed breakfast and coffee from the cutest little shop a few blocks away. I highly recommend staying here! Super adorable!!"

"We stayed here for 2 nights with 3 other couples. Bedrooms are very spacious. There are 2 rollaway beds and it looks like a pack n play as well for families with kids. Both couches pull out into beds. Everything was perfect for our needs. You can fit 3 cars in the front driveway but there’s also 2 spots available behind the house. You can also see the Bay from the front windows. Close to stores and gas as well. Would definitely recommend! "

"Clean and spacious. Great views! Loved the beach! Found a bunch of fossils. Enjoyed kayaking. Overall outstanding!"

"Though the house is small, it was perfect for our stay. It was clean, right on the water, and had a beautiful view. The owner gave clear instructions on how to get to the house and it was easy to communicate with her. We would love to return here sometime as we didn't find enough time to use our kayaks from the property. It's about 40 minutes from Mallows Bay, a very interesting kayaking experience with over 100 submerged vessels from the WWI era."

"We were here for work, working 7 12 hour days. The owners or number listed are responsive, not that there were many questions but wanted to let them know we had arrived, and that garbage was ready to be taken out. It was nice to enjoy after 12 hours of work, the screened in porches are real nice, would be a really nice place for a family getaway, plenty of space to seat people for meals. We will stay here again if working in the area "

"I came to North Beach for a friend’s wedding near by. The Guest Quarters was a cute place and very welcoming. The instructions provided were clear and easy to enter into the building and room. The location is in a great spot - easy walk to the cute shops and to the beach. I would stay there again! "

"This was our 5th trip to North Beach and our 4th time at a condo in Southwinds, and we have never been disappointed. Jenn and Mike, our hosts this time, provided all the information we needed to feel comfortable in their home. We found it exactly as pictured. NB has 5 good restaurants within walking distance and at least 2 more within a 5 minute drive. The boardwalk is great for walking at anytime of day. The new library is a jewel with special sections for all ages and a “makers” room. Teens...

"We enjoyed our thanksgiving at this house. This was our first year without 2 important loved ones and we wanted a quick getaway. Being at the beach was a perfect distraction. The place was roomy and clean. The scenery was mind blowing. Thank you sharing your space with my family. "
