Relax at our beautiful condo. Located on the beautiful Seascape beach with miles of white sand, great restaurants, golfing, Seascape Sports club with tennis, work out equipment, pickleball and much more are available on a cost per day basis.
This Condo includes:
On the first floor: Fully stocked kitchen with full size appliances (in case you feel like cooking) the dining area is large enough to comfortably seat 6, plus a breakfast bar with 2 bar stools, a corner gas burning fireplace to cozy up to, a comfortable queen size sofa sleeper, flat screen Smart TV, (use Aps) and free Wi-Fi access, a Blue-tooth stereo player so you can connect to Pandora or your favorite music and listen thru built in ceiling speakers. plus a new Weber BBQ. and 1/2 bath.
Peaceful Ocean view of the waves breaking on the sand from either of the two decks at this special newly remodeled 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath Villa with fully stocked kitchen. Located on the quieter North Bluff side of Seascape Resort, remodeled with hardwood floors, 1/2 bath, new Smart tv, new fireplace on 1st floor.
Comfy, new king size mattresses. New Queen size pullout in the living room, sleeping a total of six. Cozy up next to the corner, gas fireplace after a relaxing day enjoying the many amenities this Resort and the surrounding areas have to offer. The Resort has a breathtaking luxury restaurant that is located on the bluff overlooking the ocean & beach. Leave your sliding door open to enjoy the sounds of the surf, and the soft ocean breeze.
Take a short walk down path to feel the sand between your toes at Seascape Beach. Or take a swim in the luxurious pool and hot tub. A BBQ grill is on the 1st floor balcony, 3 TV's, with DVD player and free hi-speed Wi-Fi access. Blue-tooth stereo and ceiling speakers run throughout the condo, so you can easily connect and listen to Pandora or your favorite music.
Walk to Seascape Village for a variety of food, shops and general grocery store and Restaurants.
Challenge your friends to a round of golf at the Seascape Golf Course, a PGA rated 18 hole course located just around the corner.
You also have access to the fitness facility, check with them to see the cost per day per person, paid when you check in at the fitness club.

Food service delivery from Sanderlings Restaurant is not available, nor are the beach fires provided by the Resort or cart rides to the beach. Guests are not permitted to bring pets. North Bluff pool & hot tub are available for your use.

Best 5 days ever!

The condo is amazing! The reclining chairs were so comfortable! The cleanliness, the warm vibes, it is a fabulous condo. The ocean view and the sounds of waves was very relaxing. We had a great breakfast at the red apple cafe. We enjoyed the pizza from the village pizza parlor. We had a great dinner at Shadow-brooks restaurant and the kids loved the tram ride up the mountain. We enjoyed the pool and had the greatest time on the beach. We saw lots of whales swimming in the bright blue ocean. Thank you

Seascape condo

The condo is exactly as described and had everything we needed. It is well stocked, and I especially appreciated the extra beach towels and kitchen amenities. The location is great. The only issues we had were with the VRBO site itself, which was glitchy, showed different/inaccurate pricing consistently, and was just a pain to deal with. The owner was great to work with.

Great location, quieter side of the resort.

Very spacious unit with water views, and nature views as well. Unit was extremely clean, well appointed and supplied and the owner is extremely responsive and helpful. Two ways to the beach, my husband preferred the more rigorous path near the unit and I preferred the more gentle cart path near the restaurant only a short walk away.Would definitely return.

We had an excellent stay. The unit is very well appointed and the Ocean View is excellent. We stayed just one night, but this is an excellent property for a stay of several nights so that you can enjoy the resort amenities, beaches and hiking

A beautiful villa

We have vacationed at Seascape for the last 15 years and this villa was by far one of the nicest, with a gorgeous ocean view and well-appointed rooms. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the whole villa was thoughtfully and beautifully furnished and decorated. A true gem at the Seascape Resort!

Birthday getaway

I have stayed at 4 different places over the past 4 year for my birthday in the Santa Cruz, Capitola area, and your Seascape, Aptos home was the best! I loved all your amenities, decorations, 2 balconys and the amazing views of the beach. I would highly reccomend this amazing home to anyone!!! I will be back soon.....

Comfortable and clean condo near the beach

We had a short, but great stay at this condo. It was very comfortable with 2 king beds, a well equipped kitchen, and two balconies with ocean views. The beach itself is a short walk away. The condo had many “high-end” touches such as throw blankets, soaps, coffee, etc. If you choose to use the third bed, note that it is a pull out sofa in the living room and it is not very comfortable (as are most pull out sofas). I’d highly recommend this condo for a coastal vacation!

Amazing Family Vacation

We came to celebrate my boy’s 6th birthday. Everything was absolutely fabulous. The only reason for the 4 stars is the hike to the ocean was tough! That could have been advertised a bit more clear, especially when you are traveling with kids and trying to carry items it was extremely difficult. Otherwise great condo.
