Discover paradise at this 2-bedroom Aptos condo, nestled in the heart of Seascape Resort. This bright & airy second-story unit offers spectacular ocean & pool views, perfect for a relaxing vacation. Enjoy modern comforts, including a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, family room with fireplace and large tv & a private balcony to soak in the sunsets. Two king beds and a sleeper sofa accommodates up to 6 guests. The beach access, a communal pool, and other resort amenities for a truly unforgettable stay.

The Space:
Updated & tastefully decorated this 2-bedroom condo is in a perfect location to enjoy all of Seascape Beach Resort's luxurious amenities. Located on the South Bluff with the pool just outside your room the view is postcard perfect. The ocean beyond provides the perfect backdrop to gorgeous sunsets over the Monterey Bay. The well-groomed lawn, dual ponds and putting green are all in view from both private balconies. The magical beach walking path is just below located between your building and the main lodge building which houses the Sanderling's Restaurant and bar. A prime location in Seascape Beach Resort, Aptos.
Two bedrooms each with a king bed and two full baths are upstairs. Here you will also find a brand-new stackable washer and dryer. Downstairs is a half bath, fully stocked kitchen with a high-top bar complete with bar stools. A comfortable dining area with seating for 6 and a living room complete with pull out sofa, tv and brand-new fireplace. Two private patios with seating area to enjoy the views. This unit includes a BBQ for grilling, a blender for mixing, wine glasses for sipping and a desk if you need to get any work done while you are enjoying your vacation.

Guest Access:
PROPERTY ACCESS: The property has an electronic door lock that is accessible anytime during stay. We will send out the check in instructions the day before you arrive. You can expect to receive them via your booking platform's app messaging system.

FREE AMENITIES: Use of the North Bluff Pool; access with your guest code - we provide pool/beach towels in your unit. Use of beach and any open firepit (fires are allowed on the sand). Use of lobby round seating area at fireplace. Use of walking paths and overlook benches.
Use of the gym is available for an additional fee (to be paid on-site).

Concierge services, front desk services, towel service, access to staff operated golf carts, $250 bonfire pit rentals, $75 smores packages south bluff and main lobby pools are not available to private renters. Bonfires on the sand are permitted (it is one of the few California beaches this is still allowed) supplies are available at the Village across the street.

The Neighborhood:
Located just south of Santa Cruz off Highway 1, Seascape Beach Resort gorgeous accommodations overlooking the Monterey Bay.
The entire resort sits atop breathtaking bluffs overlooking the ocean and beaches below. The walking path in the center of the resort leads down to the beach.
On the resort you will find The Seascape Park, Numerous walking paths, The Sanderlings Restaurant and bar, pools and spas, and a full gym (gym access with additional fee paid on-site).
Across the street from the resort you will find Seascape Village which offers restaurants, cafes and shops.
The PGA rated Seascape Golf Course is only 5 minutes from the resort.
In the Heart of Aptos just over three miles or 10 minutes drive away you will discover what happens when the redwoods meet the sea. This idyllic setting is perfect for mountain biking, hiking or exploring the historic village. In the village you will meet the lovely people of Aptos who love their town and it's visitors. Pick your favorite spot to start and your adventure begins-many will invite you to enjoy the happenings of the day throughout the town. There are so many things to do here including wine tasting, shopping, pub crawling, fine dining and so much more. Take a hike in the Forest of Nisene Marks State Park-it's magical!
With 17 miles of Monterey Bay beach to explore, spacious all-suites accommodations, delicious fine dining, and a full range of activities to choose from, Seascape is the premier Santa Cruz luxury resort. Seascape provides everything to make your Santa Cruz lodging experience memorable, including a host of resort options and both free and paid amenities. It all adds up to being one of the best Monterey Bay resort destinations you'll experience.

Getting Around:
Complimentary parking is available outside the unit and throughout the resort property.
All on-site amenities are accessible by walking paths or if preferred by car.
To access the beach at Seascape there is a walking path next to the main lodge that leads down to the ocean where you will have beach access.
NOTE: the walk out is the same way back UP to the resort.
The Seascape Village is just across from the Resort and can be accessed by walking.
The quaint town of Aptos is just over three miles away-about a 10 minutes drive.
Capitola Village is about 8 miles away and can be reached by car in less than 15 minutes.

Other Things to Note:
There are no daily housekeeping services. The property is cleaned before arrival and after departure. We provide hand soap, dish soap, dish towels, hand towels, bath towels, wash cloths, paper towels and toilet paper. 3-in-1 shower wash is provided. A cleaning kit is located under the kitchen sink for cleaning up spills or tidying up during your stay (please do not use premier towels or linens to wipe up spills).

On Site Amenities: Sanderlings Restaurant and bar are available for dine in or pick-up. North Bluff pool and hot tub is accessible by using your guest code, pool/beach towels are provided to guests in the unit.

Use of bike rentals and the full gym are available for an additional fee (to be paid on-site).

Seascape has outside video cameras in public spaces throughout the property.

Concierge services, front desk services, access to golf carts are not available to private renters.
$250 Bonfires booked through the front desk in the cement pits on the beach are not available, but you are welcome to build your own in the sand - supplies can be purchased across the street at Seascape Market or any other grocery store in the area.

NOTE: Please be aware that due to cooler climate experienced from ocean breezes, properties in Santa Cruz County, especially near the coast, typically do not have air conditioning.

Beautiful Unit and Stunning Location

We have been visiting Seascape Resort as a family for years, and each time we stay at a different unit. This unit is by far our favorite. The decor is elegant and updated, and there is plenty of space and storage for everyone to spread out. I would suggest including some beach toys, or chairs so that guests can use those while they stay, and a few more kitchen items (large bowls, cooking dishes, seasonings), but other than that we are very happy with our stay.

Family stay with 3 generation

An upscale property with all amenities on site and lots of scenery to absorb. Very relaxing place for all ages to enjoy. Great to have a nice county park at the end of street. We all had plenty to do for activities and play with our grandkids as well as relaxing time. Would consider coming again.

Excellent place

Love the easy check-in. Lots of towels. Couldn’t find pillows for sleeper sofa, but there were extra on the beds.Property was nice and we enjoyed the hike to the beach and the Hot Tub was very nice.We weren’t there the time of year to see sunset over the Ocean, but the view were still very nice.

I wanted to have a relaxing birthday and mother’s day weekend and seascape room did not disappoint this is a place I will be recommending to friends and family the unit itself is amazing and the views are unbeatable the weather was perfect and we had all the amenities at hand and beautiful beaches and clean pools the food was amazing at the Mother’s Day brunch I hope to return soon

We had a lovely stay this week. Posting was accurate. The condo was clean and set up nicely - toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, etc. The property management team was kind and communicative. We’ll definitely stay again!

Everything was as expected or better. Due to some roadwork and beyond hosts control, entire complex lost power a twice during stay. Host was immediately responsive... this was the only flaw in our stay. Knob on washer is broken so hard to use settings

Immaculate condo with amazing views

We have stayed at Seascape many times in the past and this unit was amazing. It was immaculate, well stocked and close to the pool. If you are traveling with young kids, make sure you bring a gate for the stairs and keep in mind that there are stairs gerting up to the unit...really hard if you are using a stroller every day. Other than that, it checked all the boxes for us!
