  • Disfrute de este hermoso condominio de 2 habitaciones y 2 1/2 baños recientemente remodelado, ubicado dentro del Seascape Resort en Aptos, CA. Perfecto para una escapada romántica o unas vacaciones con la familia. Camine por el camino escénico a una playa impresionante, relájese junto a la piscina, juegue al golf o al tenis. El complejo cuenta con varios restaurantes de lujo ubicados justo en la playa y frente a la villa en el encantador pueblo oceánico. Villa tiene vistas a la piscina y está a pocos pasos de la impresionante playa. Disfruta de vistas directas al océano y escucha las olas del océano por la noche. Villa tiene 2 dormitorios arriba (King y Queen), con balcones / patios en cada nivel y un sofá desplegable doble en la sala de estar. Parrilla de barbacoa en el patio del primer piso y cocina completamente equipada. Cada habitación tiene grandes televisores de pantalla plana, reproductor de DVD y acceso gratuito a WiFi de alta velocidad, tostadora, cafetera y prensa francesa, juguetes de playa, tablas de surf, sombrillas de playa grandes y sillas de playa que puedes llevar a la arena.

    Se acaban de instalar baños de porcelana europeos rediseñados completamente nuevos y alfombras nuevas.

We had a great time staying here for our family vacation! Home is clean and in a great location. A beautiful view to enjoy, a little walk to the beach and the theatre set up for watching movies together as a family were the favorite aspects of this home!

Great unit. Beautiful property. If hot tub could stayed open later for adults only that would be even better but overall everyone in my group loved it and 10/10 would stay again

Clean, convenient, comfortable beds, owner responded very quickly to my comments. Walk to the beach is close but a steep hike from the resort, but nice beautiful wide sandy beach.(and the resort offers golf cart shuttles!) Would stay again!

This property is as described. The beach was clean and 5 minutes from the property. It's just a walk down to the beach that takes 5 minutes. Everything we needed to enjoy our stay was provided by our host.

We had a great stay at this property. It’s close to restaurants, coffee, shops, and has a great view of the water. Communication was excellent with the host. The host has thought of everything inside of the property not once did I think I wish they had something and they didn’t. I highly recommend this property..

Clean villa. Kitchen stocked with all the supplies we needed. Very close to the pool and short walk to the path to the beach. The fans were nice because we had a couple warm days. The dish washer and shower wand in one of the bathrooms were broken, but it didn't really effect our stay. Quick communication from host. Will book again.

The location was wonderful, the condo was clean and welcoming. One thing the Nespresso coffee pot was fabulous, but they only had decaffeinated coffee. So if you had an espresso at home, I would bring your own coffee. Other than that an enjoyable four days and I’ll be going back.

Great location and amenities

The condo was perfect for our stay in Aptos. The location is convenient for sightseeing in the area. The resort amenities (pool, hot tub, restaurant, off-site gym) were an added bonus.
