Sea-salt and Sunshine

Summary:
Permit 201365. This spacious, beautiful home has a comfortable open floor plan. A large kitchen designed for the chef at heart. Plenty of space for family or friends to ENJOY! The living room is newly furnished with a 75"TV that has sports channels and apps for streaming. Bask in the well-landscaped yard with outdoor seating and a fire table. There's a bedroom downstairs with a full bath and 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths upstairs. Just a short walk to the beach, close to Seascape Golf Course...

The Space:
This home has two levels with 1 bedroom downstairs and a full bath. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs and 2 full bathrooms.  The large primary bedroom suite offers a jacuzzi tub.

Guests must be over 25 to rent our beach house. Absolutely no parties. Our neighbors are sensitive to noise after 10 pm.  Normal level conversations and laughing isn't a problem inside the house after 10 pm.

• To preserve our white carpeting please be aware that we have "no shoes in the house" policy.  We only use non-toxic cleaning products •

This home is also shoeless and we have a STRICT NO PARTY POLICY.

Guest Access:
There is one bedroom downstairs that is locked and unavailable to guests.

The Neighborhood:
There is so much to do here! Built near the beach, just a stroll down the hill to the sand, grab your beach towels and soak in the sun. Enjoy an afternoon lunch at Cafe Rio restaurant or a cup of coffee at the nearby Espresso Rio. There is plenty to enjoy in the small quaint town of Aptos. Seascape Golf Cours is just around the block making Tee Time easy. The Forest of Nisene Marks State Park is a short 7 min drive if you love hiking. It boasts waterfalls and is breathtaking. Afterwards, don't forget to hit the beach or enjoy a beautiful sunset. The Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk is only 20 minutes away or visits Monterey Bay (Monterey Bay Aquarium and Dennis the Menace Park) just 30 minutes down the coast.

Getting Around:
Walk, Bike, Drive, Uber, Lyft. There is also a bus stop right in front of the house.

The house is shoeless
No more than 8 guests, including children of all ages.

Absolutely no parties

Cancelation fee: 5% of reservation total with a minimum of $100 fee will be held from all monies received in the event the cancelation falls within our refund and cancelation timeline. This is to cover 3rd party payment fees.
