"Being asked 1.5 hours before checkin if we were going to have late night guests, pets, or additional guests staying. Lots of "do not" signs and a large security deposit that was held by VRBO for two weeks after our departure. Too much and too long for a one night stay that our three adult children and husband and I only needed so we could attend a family member's retirement party. "it was great plenty of room for everyone. well stocked on dished the only thing that was inconvienience was no hot tub after 9pm and locks on thermostats. when you have 16 people on two level home they are not all the same temperature as upper level was to hot when lower level a bit cooler. "Met up with my siblings for the second time at this hone! We love it! It was so spacious for cooking, eating and visiting. Master bedroom and bath were huge!!! Nice green backyard with a breeze. Busy street for a walk, but quiet streets nearby and an olive preserve suited the bill. Very quiet inside the house."
