"Beautiful place to stay"

"Beautiful hotel and amazing staff! Great location and the Quill bar was exceptional. Only complaints are the size of the bathrooms and lack of bathroom amenities."

"The hotel breakfast was SO good. The location is perfect for visiting the Hill. Our room overlooked an inside conference room and there was some light that came into the room at night. Played with the curtains a couple of times and got it to an acceptable level, but if you need complete dark ask for a different room."

"This is the 2nd time I've stayed at CitizenM DC Noma due to its location that is near Congress/Union Station, and because it's a nice hotel. I've traveled solo both times I've stayed here and the size of the rooms are fitting for one person due to how compact they are but big enough to have a comfortable stay and with the amenities it has.The area around the hotel is safe and not far from restaurants and shopping."

First of all, there was a homeless man who had set up residence right near the front door of the hotel where people are unloading and where valet parking is conducted. Not a good look to have a luxury hotel with a homeless man living in a big cardboard box by the entrance. Can't the police relocate him?
