This hotel was just what we needed to get a few hours of rest. We’re big fans of Holiday Inn Express! They always deliver and you can count on them being reliable."

"The hotel was 7 minutes from O'Hare airport with an shuttle every 45 minutes. Staff was very helpful good breakfast amenities and clean room. I would stay again"

"Convenient location with free shuttle to terminals. Our room really needed a refresh. Molding all broken and peelint off, lamp shades ripped and there was a handicapped seat in the bathroom which was not clean. We removed it and put it in the corner. The bathroom was clean otherwise. Convenient to have the restaurant on site."

"hallway smelss like smoke/weed Room flor was sticky and fron desk didnt want to provide with extra towel, also no shampoo had to go to front desk and get it. Avoid this place , "

"Great stay. Cleaner than I expected and the price was somewhat fair compared to surrounding hotels and apartments. The room had a stove, fridge, TV but it wasn't a smart tv with all the apps and no HDMI but that wasn't an issue for me. The staff was very helpful and it was pretty easy checking in. I checked in very late around 11:30pm and the front desk lady was very helpful in getting me situated. Thanks"

"I requested a steamer twice and never received it. Breakfast buffet was $30 without tip or alacart. WiFi was $14.99 a day.. I had to request fresh towels and robes multiple times a day. Very disappointing for $700+ for two nights stay..... the only positive were the friendly front desk staff who gave me free complimentary water (since the water in the room was not free) and when I had an issue with parking the front desk clerk validated it for me."
