"The hallways and room smelled like a combination of cigarettes and BO. The stench in the room made me feel dirty."

"Elevator was broken my entire stay. The room was great, very spacious. Pool was supposed to be open but it was green. Breakfast was nothing special. The only thing this hotel has going for it is the proximity to the Lenovo Center, and its staff, who were great."

"The front desk attendant, I believe her name was Miranda, was absolutely fantastic. She made us feel 100% at home and treated us like we were family. This is the second time in as many years that my buddy and I have stayed at this hotel and there was a reason we came back a second time. The staff is truly welcoming and caters to your every need. I can't recommend this place enough."

"The Staff was Excellent! James at Front desk was super nice. Bartender was awesome! Maintenance responded quickly to replace batteries in the clock. Housekeeping was friendly and helpful! Breakfast staff was amazing for my lactose intolerant food. You have the Best Staff. I can't say Enough about this place. We will definitely be back. Loved our stay."

"Room was clean and sufficiently large. Heating and air conditioning worked fine. Staff was helpful. Parking was convenient. TV was good. Plenty of hot water for shower and shaving. I had to wrestle with the device that changed the water from bath to shower, but I got it. I plan to stay here again next weekend."

"Stayed for 2 nights for graduation. We've been here before and enjoyed ourselves. Great outdoor area and indoor common spaces. This time, beds (for me) were a little harder than expected and shower head was very low. Didn't work for the over 6' guests! We were 4 people, and only had towels for 3 (not a huge deal, we got extra). Had dinner once at the hotel and my husband's $$ steak was thin and overcooked. Not the cut advertised.
