Welcome to our beautifully renovated pet-friendly house located in the heart of Angel Fire Resort Country Club. This spacious and cozy 2 bedroom/2 bathroom plus loft is the perfect retreat for your mountain getaway. With a total of 5 beds, our property comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. Sitting at 8,406 feet in elevation, find this adventure filled town along the Enchanted Circle in New Mexico.

Conveniently situated just 8 minutes away from the base of the mountain, you'll have quick and easy access to all the adventure and excitement Angel Fire has to offer. When you're not hitting the slopes or exploring the surrounding nature trails, you'll find yourself in close proximity to a variety of local restaurants and stores. Enjoy views of Wheeler Peak from our loft deck!

There is an a/c unit upstairs, but no central a/c throughout the whole house.

Check-in is at 4 pm
Check-out is at 10 am

There are 3 exterior security cameras on site, solely to keep track of our cleaning services.
They are located at the front door, back door, and on the side of the garage.

Please note there is no central A/C at this house.

GUESTS MUST BE OVER 21 Y/O TO BOOK THIS PROPERTY.

GUEST VERIFICATION:
To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.

Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:
- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.
- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.
- Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. This is collected either at the time of payment through the booking platform or afterward, depending on which platform you use to book.

The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!
