"The door handle broke and we got locked in the room, then that night a high pitched alarm went off and I had to call multiple times for someone to turn it off. They did after an hour or more and then it came back on a few hours later. No offer of apology or compensation for lost sleep. The staff is wonderful. "If you want to explore Casco Viejo, the location does not get any better than this. The balcony faces Cathedral Plaza and is a quick walk to many galleries, restaurants and clubs. The apartment I was in had lots of charm and a great use of space. The check in and check out process was super easy. Also, the Wynwood team is always available on WhatsApp if there are any issues or if you need anything. "
