Què no li ha agradat: Neteja, comoditats
Stars given only for location and for the nice teenaged receptionist at arrival.
1) The first room I was given was dirty. As in, had not been cleaned at all: dirty towels balled on the floor, hair in the sink, trash overflowing, bed unmade. I was switched to a ground-level room for the first night, very noisy.
2) The water shut off on day 3, a staffer shrugged and said “it happens” and did not offer any help with my needs. (A manager later told me the water should be back in 1/2 hour, it was)
3) everyone in the neighborhood knows the key code for the lobby entrance; the front desk is often unattended: poor security.
4) no elevator and all rooms are up or down stairs; no dedicated bellman.
