This was a great location for my needs. And while the space may seem small square footage wise, it is laid out nicely. Kitchen is open and feels roomy, bathroom and living room, too. Comfortable bed in its own space behind french doors if you want to close them during awake time.Location is the key here. Quiet area, yet just a block or so off Bragaw and close to the Glenn Hwy. Costco and several restaurants nearby. Check-in/out was a breeze, too. Depending on where my work is for stops in Anchorage, this place would always be a favorite. Loved it!

The exterior of the property needs some upkeep and the surrounding area appears run down. Once inside everything is brightly painted and well kept. The neighborhood was quiet and it was nice to have the kitchenette available. I wish it had a toaster, hair dryer and wash clothes. The mattress is not great and I’m not a fan of not having some sort of dining table but we made things work and found the location to be centrally located to many of the activities and sites we wanted to visit.

Appartamento con cucina completa,bagno e letto. Divano per una terzo posto letto.Giardinetto esterno. A 20 minuti di auto dall' aeroporto e dal centro,parco pubblico nelle vicinanze carino. Zona non particolarmente bella architettonicamente e presenza di un po' di senzatetto,ma nel complesso sicura( almeno di giorno).

The actual unit is nice. Has been remodeled for sure. Had everything we needed for an overnight stay. Interesting area that the property is located in but does not feel unsafe. Was very quiet for a Friday nite when we arrived. Would stay again

Die Unterkunft hat den Bildern wie gebucht entsprochen! Die Küche war gut eingerichtet. Auch das Badezimmer und das Wohnzimmer war gut ausgestattet! Das Schlafzimmer war nur durch eine Falttür vom Wohnzimmer getrennt und sehr klein! Wir würde die Wohnung auf Grund der unsicheren Umgebung nicht mehr buchen.

Perfect for a few days , Russian jack Area

Our stay was good for what we needed. Washer/dryer combo made it so we left without any dirty laundry. We didn’t cook any meals but the amenities are available for those that need them. Bed was “soft” so not the best for those who need firm. Overall this rental was good for what we needed for a few days. Close to local stores, fast food, Walmart and some cool road trips. Will stay here again if we come to the area.

A nice clean, cozy place to stay. The bed was a double, which is hard to get used to after using a queen ( we love each other, but not that much!). The in-room washer/dryer is a nice touch.

Bring socks you can put in the bin

I don't like giving negative reviews and overall the stay was manageable. There is a bus station pretty much right out the door which is convenient if you are doing a few things downtown before renting a car.The neighbourhood itself is quite run down.As for the property, the front gate is broken.When I arrived, no bin bags where in the bins and the first ones I found were all broken.Worst for me was the cleanliness of the living room though. The rug is the worst thing I have seen to date and since it is not easy to walk around, this spreads through the property.The bathroom sink was not draining properly and in the coffeemachine there was still leftovers from the previous person.You can sleep well and the bedding felt clean as did the towels.
