"Good gym. Pool better to be used until 15:00 if you want sun and afterwards if you prefer shade. Good breakfast that is enough to keep you going. Very clean. Book rooms facing Disney if you want less noise from freeway. If noise from freeway not an issue for you any room is okay. Excellent walking distance 10 minutes to Disney and 5 minutes to GardenWalk which is full of food joints and restaurants. Gym well equipped. Parking for car is pricy $38+tax for hotel guests. Should have had discount."

"We had a 4 night stay and I feel that, overall, the property did not leave up to the "exceptional" level. CONS: The bunk bed and the sofa were very squeaky and uncomfortable which made getting a good night of sleep impossible. The breakfast was really limited, and kids got tired of the waffles pretty quickly. The pool was shallow and very crowded during the day. "The 2 bedroom family suite is huge but the layout is a bit strange with the single bathroom area accessed through the bedroom so you would always have to knock or leave the door open to the 2nd bedroom if you want to more easily access the bathroom. The parking situation is valet only but the valet guys are onsite 24/7 and are very nice. We had our 2nd pair of keys so we're able to run to our car and grab stuff as needed. They will hold ur luggage if you want to go to the park before you room...

"Need to be modernized. Buildings are old and need lots of renovation. The pool chemistry was not good. The staff made up for all negative stuff. The kids loved the water park and the staff. That’s what really matters. "

"The website misrepresents the property, there is no resturant and they cancelled the morning breakfast. The rooms are on the same level as a motel 6. The only thing positive is that the property location close to Disneyland, but not that close!!"

"Supervisor Martha at the front desk and the rest of the staff at this hotel were exceptional! We were greeted with the warmest welcome, I could tell that Martha genuinely loves what she does. The rooms were beyond clean, the follow up on everything was extremely fast. We got a call after we arrived to make sure our room was to our liking and we were asked if we needed anything. The air conditioning in the room worked fantastic, I called the front desk for a blanket as we were leaving Disneyland...
