This home is a very modern, private, and tranquil single story handicap accessible house that is centrally located to Disneyland and the many wonderful shops around. This Airbnb is just a short 8 minute drive to Disneyland and the Anaheim Convention Center. The Outlets at Orange and the Angels stadium are about 20 minutes away. Bus stops are just a 7 minute walk away. Being close to Disney, there are also a plethora of great restaurants within a 5 minute drive.

Our property is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac neighborhood that is safe and secure.

There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with a queen bed fitted with a waterproof & bed bug proof mattress cover.

The house can easily accommodate 8 people. However, the living room has a couch that can fit 1 more and 1 twin sized memory foam floor mattress can be setup for additional sleeping space.

Provided throughout the house are one 50" LED SMART TV in each bedroom and a 65" LED SMART TV in the living room.



Guest Access/Interaction:
You may gain access to the home anytime after check-in with a door code.

The home is setup completely for guest use and everything is accessible to guests with the exception of the locked maid's closet.

We provide self check-in so we will not meet in person unless the need arises.

The listing is setup exclusively for guest use.

We are just a message/call away if you need assistance or suggestions of things to do in the area!

Other things to note:
I take pride in ensuring that the home is extremely well cleaned between every stay. This is the best location to stay if you are coming to visit Vegas. There are so many restaurants and shopping within a 5 minute drive. I will go out of my way and beyond to make your stay awesome! I'm always an email/text/phone call away to answer any question big or small.

Nice Property. Good location.

Spent a weekend with my partner and fur babies. House was very clean. Backyard was really nice. Great for the doggies and easy to get around. Checkin and communication with the host was very easy. Would definitely stay again.

Gorgeous, spacious, and cozy

When arriving it was clean and they left it warm inside for us since it’s been chilly lately. It was sweet. All amenities were great and needed, I’m glad they had items I forgot to bring. Bedrooms were nice and tidy. Host gave good specifics when arriving. Beautiful home overall!!

Great Home For Family

We loved our stay in this home. My husband, myself and our two children were very comfortable and the space was more than enough for the four of us. The location is centrally located for Orange County so it's not too far from John Wayne Airport or Disneyland. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Home was clean and lots of nice amenities and touches included, such as coffee and coffee filters, tea, lots of clean towels, etc. The host, John, was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Check in was also very easy and checking out was just as easy - nothing crazy left for you to do. Highly recommend this home.

Weekend stay for Wedding & Disneyland

Driving onto the property was direct using main streets and upon arriving into culdesac, it was quiet and away from traffic. Entrance was easy with keypad and very secure with side gate to access the backyard area. , which we utilized for eating at outside patio. The house floor plan was ideal for the size of our family with the full kitchen and living-room area located just as you walk in. All appliances were all new and simple to operate. The bedrooms were neatly arranged with easy access to bathrooms. The house was well maintained and cleaned. Air-condition was central and comfortable. The owners were always in communication with us, making sure everything was good. Highly recommend this house for other families, as we will try to stay here again when visiting the area.

Great house near Disney!

Perfect vacation home. The house had plenty of space to accommodate 8 people, ranging from teens to adults. The kitchen looked like it had been updated and had coffee, creamers, condiments, etc. Bathrooms had the toiletries that we needed. There were also plenty of towels and extra blankets and pillows. We were surprised that it had a BIG backyard. Easy check in instructions and the communication with the owner was great - he was friendly and professional, offering his assistance if we needed it. The check out list was simple. We've stayed at other places where they want you to strip the beds, do the laundry, etc, In this case, they told us to leave it for the cleaning crew. Location was perfect; 10 minutes away from Disneyland! We'd love to stay again.
