"The room facility is good and the included breakfast is the icing on the cake. We’re really grateful for the owner to be so patient with us. She helped us booking for a taxi when the taxi App FreeNow failed us. Location-wise, it’s a bit rural, however we found the public transport is easy to use, a bus will take you to the metro station, then you can easily go anywhere from there. "Small friendly hotel only one stop outside Rome centre. Bus shuttle picked us up from railway and took us to and from metro and to airport on return. Excellent service. Room adequate. Shower good and plenty of hot water and towels. Breakfast good and evening meal. Lunch needs a more extensive range."

"We liked the fact it was away from the hustle and noise of down town Roma. We didn't have a rental car but the ladies at the desk were eager to help us aquire transportation. They were so very helpful in many aspects of our stay there, such as pointing us in right direction to local cuisine. Delicious! Thank you for making our stay memorable. "

"Emanuel très gentil et disponible. Un peu à l’extérieur du centre mais à 2 pas du métro ! La ligne de métro est celle pour la grande majorité des attractions donc moins de 20 minutes pour s’y rendre, nous avons acheté la passe pour la durée de notre séjour et c’est très econimique ! Le quartier est vraiment très « romain » la vie familiale est présente. Mon seul « petit » point négatif est au niveau du rangement, il pourrait y avoir un meuble additionnel ou des tablettes, crochets pour y mettre...

"The staff was amazing! From those at front desk, shuttle driver and restaurant staff! We hope to return, and wish we could've stayed longer. The property is well-appointed, secure (gated) , in a beautiful setting. The food on property was outstanding. There is nothing in walking distance, but with their shuttle service getting to Rome center by train was easy. Quick 10min drive to local airport. We left at 7:20 for our 8:30 flight. It was a breeze! "

"Amazing service. We ended up here in an emergency when other accommodation cancelled without warning. The staff went above and beyond to help us find a place to stay for our whole trip and were very helpful finding our way to the new place. I wish we could have stayed here the whole time! "

"We stayed for a week and we were met with excellent customer service, friendly staff and an extremely clean room and hotel. The room had good air-conditioning that was adjustable and the local metro is a short walk away with a water fountain on the route(if you know anything about Rome make use of these they are great). The hotel even made airport taxi reservations for us. We had a very good experience at this hotel and would recommend for a quiet space to rest whilst visiting Rome. "
