"The cleaning was a big question mark. Everything from carpet to bedsheet to furniture was dirty with visible stains. It's very unhygienic to use dirty bedsheets which seems like used by previous guest and were not replaced.
Otherwise, property itself is good. It's 15-20 min drive to JED airport and 25 min drive to Jeddah waterfront that has good sightseeing and dining."

I stayed here last night and had an amazing experience from start to finish. I was pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a suite, which was a lovely gesture. The receptionist was warm, helpful, and genuinely welcoming — something that made a big difference after a long journey.
