"The house is beautifully presented - clean, cosy and exactly as shown in the ad. Everything was supplied as needed, including a huge store of firewood for the open fire in the front room. Full kitchen is well organised, plenty of pots and pans, as well as a clean and serviceable newish BBQ on the back deck, under cover. The bird life in the garden was wonderful to see. A short and interesting walk across the river takes you straight in to the town. There are two EVIE charging bays on the median...

"One of the best places we’ve stayed in if not the best . The facilities are just fantastic they have thought of everything possible. Haven’t left anything out . The peace and quiet was amazing. This is the second time we’ve stayed and nothing has changed will definitely be back can’t wait ."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Persimmon. Everything inside and outside was delightful. The interior design was thoughtfully done and so funcional. It couldn’t have been better for our 4 night stay. Ten out of ten. Thank you. "

"Lovely cottage, looks just like the photos. Check in was very easy. The bed was comfortable, water pressure in shower was good, and the kitchenette has everything you need for a short stay. Sandon is 20 mins away from everything, so perfect for exploring the area. My only feedback was that when I arrived the cottage was freezing. The heating works very well, but it did take several hours for it to warm up. I would stay here again. "
