I arrived late and the beds were clean (and every other hotel was booked) so we crashed but I will never stay at a Baymont again. "The elevators were down so had to take luggage up to 4th floor. The stairwells are not air conditioned and the 4th floor smelled like cooked cabbage. Opened the room and it smelled like dirty bedding. The staff was all VERY friendly. No gluten free safe food options."

A yellow bucket, full of dirty mop, water and a dirty mop was right at the front desk Our Shower had mildew growing along the edge Breakfast buffet might’ve been OK if it had been refilled. We asked if there were any more boiled eggs and we received a sigh and the attendant went back to get some more."

"Better than expected! Very nice room, comfy bed. This is one of the few hotels that did NOT have a broken shower rod. Nice breakfast, would recommend!"

"Very nice place to visit, but tucked away all on its own. Rooms were nice but we were there during a heat wave and room was hotter than the hallway. After trying to cool it down they moved us across the hallway where the AC worked great (why didn't we start there?). Staff was super helpful with the relocate. Restaurant was nice and has a tiny bar area. Walking trail is nothing more than a mowed loop around the property. Rooms were nice and dinner was nice."

"A pretty interesting stay. Expedia said check in was at 3, but when we arrived, a clearly posted sign said check in was 4. There was no one in the lobby and I had to press a button to ring for them. The man at the counter was nice enough, but he needed to go check to make sure our room was cleaned. We waited close to 10 minutes in the lobby before he returned. "This place is just nasty. There's trash all over the property. Homeless people in the back drinking leaving a beautiful pile of bush beer case boxes. Our room was dirty and the tv didn't have a clear picture. The staff just said we had a storm and there were no other rooms available. After coming to the terms we just had to stay the night we were getting settled down and when I opened the drawer to set my keys down an empty Tito's shot bottle rolled out. "We were assigned Room 101. Unfortunately, it was not clean. We found several cigarette butts under the bed, which was especially concerning since we were traveling with our toddler. We had expected a clean, non-smoking room. On a positive note, the management was friendly and helpful, but the cleanliness of the room was disappointing."
