"The hotel is excellent for access to Terminal 2. Just a short walk. Ideal for early morning departures. We dined in the restaurant and the staff were excellent."

Housekeeping did a great job cleaning the room daily, and the front desk staff were always friendly, respectful, and helpful. The air conditioning worked very well, and the overall comfort of the room met our expectations. The only negative experience we encountered was with the host at the restaurant. Unfortunately, he came across as rude and disrespectful, which made us uncomfortable enough that we chose not to...

"Easy access via short cab ride from London Heathrow, terminal 5, and quite a nice property. Modern looking on the outside, but all the amenities on the inside, including executive lounge, that is well stocked, a nice Italian restaurant with great food and a pretty hopping bar in the lobby"

"The hotel is located pretty close to the Heathrow’s airport, less than 25 minutes using public transportation. The room was very clean, the bathroom spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows are good too. The breakfast offered is very good with a good selection. Not too many close restaurants. Only two."
