"Clean, check-in a breeze. Late room cleaning however and staff on the floor not very knowledgeable about what the Hard Rock has to offer or where stores/restaurants were located. "

"When I arrived at the room, the previous guests Q-tips and dirty tissue were on the floor next to the bed. The toilet paper roll holder was dangling off the wall and the overall building looks like it's not being well maintained throughout. It has declined since the last time I was there a few years ago."

"Rooms large and clean. Quiet enough to get a good night's rest. We had a problem with the tv, maintenance fixed it promptly. Great Beach location. Highly recommend"

"In the twenty years staying here at this hotel. I had so many issues, our key cards stop working over five times. Even after being told don’t put next our phones. Putting cards in different locations. Still not working. But the worst thing coming from a day of shopping, whoever clean our room, musty body order in our room, that I had complain to the front day. Manager gave us free breakfast.which no vegan options. This hopefully things will improve next time"

"The hotel is decent and well maintenance. The room was nice and clean and the beds were actually great with newer pillows which doesn't clump up.. that was very nice. Hotel has parking for $25 extra in the back of the location. Very simple clean hotel with no resort fee necessary and just 7 mins walk to Hard Rock which is great for what we were looking for."

"I like that the staff was prompt in getting us into our room and checking us in before the check-in hours. They also checked on us to make sure we were comfortable and that the room was clean. We were very satisfied with all the help that even the security personnel gave us."

"Liter in some areas mainly probably because of guest. Only one place to get quick coffee and always a backup they need to have separate line for just coffee and donuts. It was the Dunkin’ Donuts in the hotel. Gambling the games don’t really pay out. Tropicana Casino much better odds. The bathroom had very little products nowhere near enough for two people. They need shower dispensers not small little samples. The room was old and somewhat dirty. Found a condom wrapper in the floor when...

"I got electrocuted from the bathroom light switch, the T.V. didn't change channels and the pool water looked so greasy and nasty."

"Stay AWAY from this place! It’s dirty, blankets are stained, bathrooms are disgusting. The walls and floors were poorly patched up. We booked a non smoking room, and the whole motel smelt of smoke. Me and my family were not pleased about this place. Red carpet displayed false pictures which seemed like the hard rock hotel more than the red carpet it self. It was so bad that we had to find somewhere else to stay. Terrible place to stay."
