"No checking in service at all. No prior instructions were given. We were helped into our apartment by the lady who owns the jewellers downstairs. "Clean spacious flat although it's on a very busy main road. We booked it because of the garden but it was unusable because it was totally overgrown so nowhere to sit or stand. Another point I would like to make is that for safety we think there should be a hand rail on the stairs as they are quite steep and there is nothing to hold on to. Location is central to going places in the area."

"Just like the pictures. The apartment has two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom on the upstairs floor and a small kitchenette right by the entrance. The bedrooms have enough storage for clothes and other belongings. The fridge is small, but enough for one person and the pantry is spacious. "Apartment was clean and exactly as stated in the advertisement! Only issue we encountered was the front door being locked and on latch at 2am… However the property manager responded within 10 minutes even at 2am in the morning. Excellent service!"

"We had a lovely short break in this charming cottage. The location is one of the best on the island, down a very quiet track with views out to the estuary and a short walk down to the harbour. Cottage was well equipped and has been renovated to a high spec. Steps upstairs are steep, reflecting how old the property is, so won’t suit anyone with mobility issues, but fine for us - just added to the character of the property. Would love to return!"

"Great location, easy check-in. Caravan was everything but luxurious. It was very dirty. We find old sweet papers under the bed. I would not return it is not worse the value. Despite of this we had a great stay in the island. "

"What can I say about Frankie's Place other than that it is absolutely picture-perfect! It looks exactly like the photos on the site, if not even better when you see it in person.We only stayed for one night, as the property was already booked for the following night, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and a wonderful place to relax.I would definitely recommend Frankie's Place to my family and friends, and we would certainly love to come back...
