"Clerk was helpful in helping me correct a booking error (my fault, booked the wrong night). Room was tidy. But the shower had some hardware issues which was annoying. I’ve stayed at this hotel several times without any serious complaints or concerns."

Trash and filth surrounding the building. Stained and dirty walls. Stained and dirty sheets, mattress protectors, and mattress. Ancient heater and ac that looked hazardous. Disgusting and unsafe."

"I would avoid this hotel, unless you absolutely have to stay there. It is off the exit, and then a convoluted, series of turns where it sits alone on a hill. Right away one can see it hasn't been maintained well, and the smell of air fresheners are quite strong. Everything in the room seemed worn down, misaligned, unmaintained. The walls and floors are thin, very cheap build. Bathroom amenities were two small bars of soap, the cheap kind. Breakfast was included, but terrible. One waffle...

"The room was very nice and staff were very friendly and helpful. Wonderful location. My only complaint is while the towels were large enough and very soft they did not absorb water very well. The was a very nice coffee shop in the hotel. The building is historical and they are still working on some of the details so anticipate things getting even better"

The room was very clean and well maintained. The bed was reasonably comfortable the towels were fairly new and soft. The downside?
