"It was quiet and relaxing. Had everything we needed. Owner was responsive and helpful. Definitely coming back. "

"This lodge is very accommodating for large groups! The kitchen and pantry area is fully stocked with everything you could possibly think you’ll need for appliances. The main area is extremely spacious and could easily fit our group of 55 people. "

"Went to the Gathering at Altamont Park and up to Moon lake. Our stay was great and the cabin was perfect. Opened the door Friday morning to find a large Antelope with impressive horns and his girlfriend just outside the door. Had a great stay. A++"

"Accommodated us perfectly. We were in town for work and the house is conveniently located very close to town. Easy check in and great communication with the owner. We loved staying there and ended up booking two additional weeks. Thanks!"

"We were very comfortable at Abulela’s Cabin. There was just the 2 of us, but it certainly could sleep 10 people. One bathroom is quite tiny but the other has a more space. The grounds are outside of the cabin are just as pictured, it is a desert area. The owner was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. We would stay again if ever in the area."

"Had a family reunion and rented out both the main cabin and the basement apartment. The property had plenty of areas to park both cars and boats/trailers. Kind of interesting that the only way to go from the main house to the basement apartment is to go outside. This made it tough to not drag in sand and dirt but was only a minor concern. The kitchens aren’t well stocked so I’d recommend bringing a few pots, a frying pan and other cooking items just in case. The kids LOVED the slide out front...
